We started Slieve Software because we believe in a future where Europe’s digital foundations are her own: where the systems public services run on are built by Europeans, in the EU, and stay beyond the reach of outside parties. Full digital sovereignty is a long way off, but we want to be part of the wave that gets us there.
For now, the work is practical and unglamorous. Slieve builds digital systems for European public bodies: portals, internal tools, integrations, and legacy modernisation. We set out to solve the problems in front of us, not implement the trend of the week. We keep ownership, documentation, and data pathways legible, and ship useful increments quickly before strengthening the foundations.

Careful rebuilds and migrations of ageing systems that preserve operational knowledge and service continuity while reducing technical debt.

Connecting siloed systems through open standards and APIs, plus registers, statutory reporting, and open-data platforms that keep data portable, auditable, and EU-hosted.
Field & operational tools
Mobile tools for staff working off-site: inspections, enforcement, and frontline data capture that syncs back cleanly.
